They are really important for the health of the human body and they provide physical and psychological benefits for people of all ages. Playing sports can make you stronger and healthier; they contribute to have lower obesity rates and a lower BMI. They can also help with your self-esteem and depression. Sports are a great for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and for a better lung function.

WHY ARE SPORTS IMPORTANT?

As said before, sports are really important to keep yourself healthy and live a happy life, but there many other reasons about why sports are considered so important for the human development, for example:

  • Sports teach teamwork and help achieve goals.
  • Sports offer many health benefits,. 
  • Sports boost self-esteem.

  • Many athletes do better academically.
Because of all that, it is really important for people to practice a sport regularlly.

I believe that sports play a really important role in our lives. They keep us moving, they keep us active, and most important, they keep us happy. I think that all people should put a sport that they like in their life because it would truly benefit them in many ways. For example, I practice soccer, which is my favorite sport, three times a week to live a healthy life.

  4. Sofia, the benefits of makings sport was the best section in my opinion, and it had very good information, and i agree with you, if we practice sport we will be happier. It was a very good detail to put which sports we should practice if we want to work in teams or alone. I really like you blogs i am following you ;)
